Terms and Conditions
By asking Susan Collins Photography to take photographs you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions :
- Pricing is correct as from 1st October 2010.
- Sittings are by appointment only.
- Your sitting fee is payable upon booking your session.
- Family Sittings and Individual Sittings (£50) take approximately 60 minutes. Extended Families/Large Group Sittings (£75) take approximately one and a half hours and have a higher sitting fee of £75. We suggest no more than two changes of outfits for children’s portraits.
- Due to the layout of the studio, please arrive no more than 10 minutes early for your appointment.
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late for their appointment may be asked to reschedule at our discretion. Clients are asked to make every effort to inform the studio if they are running late.
- Images will be presented to you in a password-protected online slideshow and shopping cart gallery, which I encourage you to share with friends and family.
- Images will be available approximately 1 week after your session. The gallery and cart are live for 2 weeks. During these weeks you will make your portrait selection and place any additional orders, payment for these is due at the time of ordering. Additional weeks of ordering time are available at a fee.
- Your session fee, payable before your session, is non-refundable but I will gladly reschedule due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances; please notify me at least 24 hours before your session if you must reschedule.
- The Copyright for all images taken remains the sole property of the photographer, Susan Collins Photography, who has the right to use any photographs from your session for promotional purposes such as window displays, the website, or advertising reasons.
- Copyrighted images may not be copied or reproduced in any form without written permission or purchasing a special license. This includes scanning, photographing, displaying on a computer, on the internet including but not limited to Facebook, or placing as wallpapers on mobile phones. Taking prints sold to you by our studio to a high street printer or passing to an online company and asking them to reprint without purchasing a special license is expressly forbidden.
- Persons found to be using Copyrighted photographs online, including but not limited to Facebook, without permission will be asked to remove them and/or copyright infringement will be reported.
- Orders should be made within one month of the initial sitting, or within 7 working days in the case of Print Credit.
- As from 01 08 2008 photographs taken by Susan Collins Photography will be held by us for a maximum of 3 months before being archived. It is your responsibility to order any images required before that date.
